Project Governance
At Censology, our Project Governance and Assurance Services align with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Assessment Framework (PAF). Through these frameworks, we can work with our clients from the strategic assessment phase to ensure that a project has all of the right elements and components in place, to the contract negotiation and project execution phase.
Our focus is to reduce our client’s pain points to help support their project and accurately present the project for internal or external gateway / governance reviews.

Our Project Programme team work with our clients from the development of the project programme through to the assessment and forensic evaluation phase of a project to help define and deliver key delivery schedules and timeframes.
